How it all began…

Where did the Repmac idea start?

I met Dan over 5 years ago when I needed some help finishing a building project. Dan was a new 'Vanlifer' and we traded somewhere to park for a while, for some help with the project. What was supposed to take a few weeks took a bit longer, mainly due to me being as ever a little over optimistic, however a longer period of time working together forged a friendship that has lasted into our most recent project together.

Dan had converted his own van into a camper with a view to living and traveling in it full time. I had purchased a motorhome to take my growing family travelling around the world. Shocked by the expensive and not always good value products available for motorhomes but particularly self-converters, Dan and I set about our mission to design and manufacture some products under our own brand now called Repmac. The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed that Repmac is 'Camper' spelled backwards and when time allows we will play around with this some more.

Team Repmac working with our manufacturing partner have now prototyped, perfected and manufactured a range of windows for the self-converter. We also have a range of complimenting black-out blinds and fly screens. Our values lie in quality, practicality and durability.

Both Dan and I now have experience of self-converting and living unconventional lives. With this experience and knowledge we hope to offer great service and technical support to our customers to enable you to fulfil your self-conversion dream. More importantly we are confident that our products are great quality and will stand the test of time whether you're conversion is a full-time live in vehicle or a weekend getaway.
