Our luxury blinds are made specifically to perfectly fit our range of windows, you’ll see these under each window type as “You might also like” and are available as an add-on to any window (excluding Porthole). All of our windows and blinds are supplied with fitting instructions and a template to assist your installation - we’re proud to offer a 3 Year Warranty and direct customer support.

Delivery Charges and Shipping Policy
UK Mainland Delivery (excl. Highlands & Islands) - £10.00 fixed cost on any window or blind, and free shipping on any additional windows/blinds*
How long does delivery take?
Due to being a small business and also due to the nature of our products, we currently dispatch all orders weekly on a Monday (or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday). This ensures that our parcels are not handled over a weekend and in our experience reduces breakage in transit. The cut off for dispatch on the following Monday in up until midnight on Sunday.
It's essential that your order is consigned to a 'manned' address where the courier can obtain a signature on delivery.
The courier cannot deliver to a neighbour or an alternative delivery address. If the courier is unable to make the delivery to the specified address or the parcel has to be returned to us, a charge of up to £15.00 per parcel will be made. This surcharge also applies to deliveries where the goods are refused or the driver is turned away at the delivery point.
UK Mainland Deliveries will be made on a Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.
Delivery times for deliveries outside of the UK Mainland area will be advised on dispatch.
Can I collect my order?
Yes you can, but this needs to be arranged with us in advance.
*N.B - Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Wight along with the following postcodes are NOT considered UK Mainland by our couriers - Please contact us for an accurate shipping cost before placing your order.
